The ONNIBAC Privacy Policy comes into effect on June 9, 2024

1、 How do we collect and use your personal information

 

We collect your personal information mainly to make it easier and more satisfactory for you to use ONNIBAC services. ONNIBAC's goal is to provide all Internet users with a safe and comfortable shopping experience. And this information helps us achieve this goal.

ONNIBAC services may access or link to social media or other services provided by third parties (including websites or other forms of services). Including:

(5) The Push SDK of various mobile phone manufacturers may collect information on your installed program list and use merge link technology for technical push. When a device has multiple APP push links active at the same time, we will randomly merge them into one link to achieve the goal of saving power and traffic for you. Therefore, we need to obtain application list information; At the same time, we provide intelligent push function to recommend higher quality push content through this information, reducing the disturbance of useless push information to you.

 

(6) Our product integrates Youmeng+SDK, which needs to collect your device's Mac address, unique device identification code (IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location to provide basic anti cheating capabilities.

 

(7) Our product will access and obtain the trackid in the Huawei App Market through the Content Provider for precise promotion data statistics.

3. Display and convenient search of goods/services

4. Assist you in completing reservations or placing orders and order management

 

When you are preparing to book or place an order to purchase ONNIBAC's products or services, you need to provide us with at least the recipient's name, address, contact phone number, and ordering information. Before providing ONNIBAC with the aforementioned personal information of the actual purchaser, you need to ensure that you have obtained their authorized consent. If it involves personal information of a child, you need to ensure that you have obtained the consent of the child's guardian.

5. Helping you complete payment

 

After you make a reservation or place an order, you can choose the payment services provided by gift cards or third-party payment institutions (including Alipay, WeChat payment and other payment channels, hereinafter referred to as "payment institutions") that cooperate with us and are embedded in the software tool development kit ("SDK"). In this process, according to relevant laws and regulations, we need to share your ONNIBAC order information (such as order number, order amount, and product type) with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment. To ensure that we are informed and confirmed of your payment progress and status in a timely manner, you agree that we may collect information related to payment progress from the payment institution you have chosen or other financial institutions you have chosen.

 

6. Complete the delivery of goods or services to you

 

After you place your order and complete the payment online, the franchise stores or third-party delivery companies we cooperate with (including SF Express, JD Express, Sesame Door, EMS, etc., hereinafter referred to as "delivery companies") will complete the delivery of your order. You are aware and agree that we will disclose delivery information related to your order (including product information, shipping address, recipient, and recipient's phone number) to the delivery company, and the delivery company will use your order information during the delivery process to ensure that the goods you ordered can be safely and accurately delivered. 10. To provide you with other extended services

 

To provide you with better products and/or services and enhance your experience of using ONNIBAC, we may collect and use your personal information based on your authorization when providing you with the following extended services:

 

(1) Location based inventory prompt and estimated delivery time service: We will access and obtain your location information after you enable location permission. Based on your location information, we will show you whether the selected product supports delivery to your location, as well as the inventory status and estimated delivery time of the product if supported.

 

(2) Camera based extended service: You can use this feature to take photos or videos for after-sales, evaluation, and sharing after enabling camera/camera permissions. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable camera permissions, we will only obtain photo information through the camera when you actively click on the camera icon in the client.

 

(3) Extension service for accessing and uploading images/videos based on photo albums (picture/video libraries): You can use this function to upload your photos/images/videos after enabling photo album permissions, to achieve functions such as changing your avatar, commenting and sharing photos, or communicating with customer service to provide proof. We may identify the products or services you need to purchase based on the photos/images you upload, or use review information containing the photos or images you upload.

 

(4) Microphone based voice technology related extension services: You can use the microphone to contact customer service or interact with customer service robots after enabling microphone permissions. In these functions, we will collect your recorded content to respond to your customer service and dispute resolution needs. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click on the microphone icon in the client or record a video.

 

(5) Read external storage: After completing the order, publish image reviews, and when uploading images, read the album images, which will require the permission to read external storage.

 

(6) Write to external storage: In order to achieve a smoother experience, we may write cache files and new version installation package files to improve access speed.

You understand and agree that implementing the above extended services requires you to authorize us to access your camera, album, microphone, or obtain your location information by enabling the corresponding permissions on your device. If you do not provide this authorization, it does not affect your use of the basic functions of ONNIBAC services. When you need to cancel the authorization, you can disable the corresponding permissions in your device. For specific methods, please refer to your device manual or contact your device's service provider or manufacturer. However, your decision to close permissions will not affect the information collection and use based on your authorization.

 

11. Improve our services

 

We may involve you in surveys related to ONNIBAC services to help us improve existing services or design new ones; Meanwhile, we may use your information for software updates.

 

12. Other purposes and purposes

 

Please note that if we wish to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy or collect additional personal information not mentioned, we will obtain your consent through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. We will obtain the relevant information authorized by you from related parties and third-party partners.
